Please read the rules of online booking and cancellation terms.

Hours: 

1. Reservation non-guaranteed by prepayment are hold till 20-00 local time on the arrival date. After 20-00 Hotel Tourists might cancel the reservation unilaterally. To avoid this please notify the hotel of late check-in.
2. In case of cancellation before 12.00 p.m. 1 day prior to arrival date no cancellation charges are applied.
3. If you cancel after this deadline or in case of no-shows you will be charged 100% of first night
4. How to cancel your order:

Parties' Responsibilities:

1. Hotel "Tourist" guarantees confidentiality of data and confidential business information.
2. Customer is responsible for its commitments to the hotel "Tourist", as well as the task of material damage and damages his reputation.
3. Parties are not liable for its obligations in case of force majeure (force majeure), such as earthquakes, floods, fires, typhoons, hurricanes, snow drifts, fighting, mass illness, strikes, change of visa regimes, and transportation restrictions, prohibition of trade transactions with individual countries as the result of international sanctions and other events are beyond their control. On occurrence of such circumstances, each party shall notify the other party as soon as possible.
