The guest can accommodate and visit the hotel complex Tourist with pets if he/she strictly observes the following rules:
- Upon check-in of the guest in Hotel together with pets, hotel administrator is obliged to familiarize the users with Rules of accommodation in hotel complex Tourist (hereinafter referred to as Rules) together with pets’ and obtain signature of the users that confirms the agreement with these Rules and full material responsibility for their animals (Appendix No.1 to these Rules). Administrator, who accommodates the user together with pets, should provide printed copy of Rules to the user.
- The Hotel reserves the right to determine whether the user can accommodate together with certain pets in hotel rooms in certain separate case.
- It is prohibited to accommodate users with dogs of dangerous species on the territory of Hotel, including rooms.
- Users can accommodate together with pets under preliminary agreement with hotel administration only in Economy and Economy Single rooms if he/she makes additional payment according to Hotel tariffs that are valid at the time of accommodation.
- Upon check-in with animal, user should represent veterinary passport of the animal with respective marks of current year.
- Pet owner should ensure safety of other users of hotel services against the acts of his/her animal and peace and silence (upon violation of this rule, the user should compensate hotel’s costs for call and services of doctor, price of medicines and vaccines).
- User is obliged to use special carper or own special cage if he/she accommodates in hotel together with animals.
- It is prohibited to leave the pet within the territory of Hotel (including Hotel rooms and halls) unattended.
- Free movement of dogs without muzzle and leash in common areas, halls and corridors of Hotel is prohibited. The animal may be without leash and muzzle only within the room where users resides. The rodents and birds can be moved within the territory of hotel (including stay in room) only if they are in specially equipped cage.
- It is prohibited to take pets to restaurant, bar area and other places of common use.
- It is prohibited to walk with pets on lawns and adjacent territories of Hotel. The user should use serial tray for pet relief.
- User who stays in Hotel together with large dogs and wants to walk with dog out of the Hotel to the street , should inform Hotel administrator in advance so that the latter ensure the exit of the user with dog to back yard (it is strictly prohibited to pass with large dogs through central exit/entrance of the Hotel).
- Only special dishes owned by the guest should be used for feeding of pets.
- It is prohibited to wash pets in room showers, use towels, bed sheets and other bedclothes that are owned by the Hotel. It is prohibited to comb out pets in room and Hotel hall.
- The guest should remove the animal out of the room during cleaning of the room by hotel staff and/or performance repair works in the room.
- In case of violation of these Rules the Hotel reserves the right to terminate the agreement with the user who resides in hotel together with pets and refuse to provide further accommodation services.
- The guest bears full responsibility for any damage caused by their pet.
Hotel administration should observe users’ absorbance of these Rules.
